Arrival by train: We have a train station in Bad Hofgastein or Bad Gastein. With the Gastein Card, bus travel is free.
Arrival by car: Pyrkerstraße 8, 5630 Bad Hofgastein.
Parking: We have parking spaces on the lower side of the house, accessible via Haus Mühlbacher.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 14 days before the agreed arrival date are free of charge.
From 13 days to the day of arrival, 90% cancellation fees apply.

Bad Hofgasteiner Schlemmercard

You can receive the Schlemmercard for free at our reception, providing you with a 5% discount on all meals at six selected restaurants.

With your guest card, you can use the lifts of the Schlossalmbahn, Stubnerkogel, and Graukogel free of charge from the day of arrival until departure.
